    Well other than the obvious small problem;
    "Video unavailable

    All I can see is the typical Combat Effects triggering on GamezBD as they always have, nothing about the video you have made stands out at all.

    Just one last thing, in the future for making bug reports, please make a usable title for it, since there is no such thing as tornado skill, so just take the time to find the name of the skill, then add the name of the class and then you should have a really good working title for the bug report.

    Just tested on forward guard, its blocked normally.
    Also this skill is target based yes.
