Disable Gear setting

Okay here's my point since AM's know already that the gear setting is the cause of stats abuse, why not disable it like they did in 5.8? we cannot use the gear setting in 5.8 maybe because its the same thing that player are abusing it.

i suggest if its possible to disable it so that at least player cannot abuse it.
its so annoying that you are getting died in just seconds.

please also lessen the dmg of templar they have so many advantage they can up their hp and get the same dmg.(this class is very superb and annoying)
also the dmg of gunner is very superb. can die in 2skill of cannon.

can we make the base (guardian/archon outpost) as a safezone so that people are not getting died by PK mode or other race. or maybe add guards, asmo guards are less than elyos.
