    Hi.. I recently donate using credit card, but it said it was pending. Is there any problem with the donation right now? I really want to buy the premium service. help me please thx

    just be patient, it may take around 24h of payment transiction...what more it could take up to 48h to receive the credits you donated for...if there could be some other problem then GAMEZ staff can't help you with this sice it is the paymental system and they have nothing to do with that

    Hey, thanks for replying.. I already received the email from paymental. They said that the donation is canceled because there is some issues from gamezBD itself. It was the same when I try to donate with mobile phone as well.. i think there are some issues with the donation.. :(
