Dont know how to name it

Why sometimes i have a connection problem with website/game/forum, like really slow to load all stuff on forum and website and higly ping in-game, but all the other connections things are good, with 20.8 mbps i can do whatever stuff i want on internet but the game right now is higly delayed when i go pvp. And normal when i am alone far from everyone. Does anyone know the answer?

 

Ping your router ser, if all good(=1 <1), then is your connection at all. But i would say that the server is laggy at al l.
