Essencetapping

Can we get higher ores when essencetapping ? so far didn't get a single superior drenite ore, only the white ..

 

Not any more, NCSoft removed them in the 4.9 patch.

You'll see all of the recipes that previously required the greater output materials now have another option where only the lower level is used.

 

so they completly removed all the higher ores ? why ?? no other way to get them ? ( sorry alot of questions )

Yes they did completely remove them, I assume to simplify the crafting materials and to reduce inventory space required.

There is no way to get them, other than some balic materials that still drop from mobs. But as I mentioned above, all crafts that once required the higher level ores have a second recipe option that doesn't use the higher materials. So, in effect they are no longer required

 

ok the fact is i only needed the brilliant drenite ore to craft a set, but yeah .. now i need to farm over 200 armor flux

 

Many of the higher level materials you hold can be disassembled to the normal level ones, which helps for a while.

But yea, some of the new quantites are a bit crazy, I'm so glad we're on Gamez with high drop rates and 2x or 3x gathering

 

btw i have a few brilliant magical aether ( also the blue, green too ), seems like they can't be bought anymore from the npc like before ? i've seen only the lowest one ( white )

 

Yep the same applies to aether, the new recipes only require the normal kind of aether.

Your brilliant magical aether can definitely be disassembled though, so you'll end up with quite a few normal aether afterwards

 

try shouting in trades i know some players especially old players has it
