    hey sir/maam can i ask..I know prime weapons can fuse in prove Weapon....somebody saying that Bounless of Glory can b.. it is true or not...because Bl of HOnor it cant

    you can't fuse (down) a weapon that has a higher level with a weapon (upper) with a lower level...in this case provenance is lvl 80 while bl honor is lvl 83, that means, you can fuse it with prime (lvl 75) or bl glory/hope (lvl 80-which is the same lvl of provenance)

    Yes, condition with condition and augment with augment or nothing with augment/cond as provenance does with bl glory/prime.
