    The day the lottery re-starts next week. The tickets can only be bought on the FIRST day of the lottery. After the draw begins daily, you won't be able to buy tickets.

    Not quite sure how the announcing will take place however I'd take a wild guess and say it will be kept private unless the user who won wants to publicise it. I'll find out for you and update you on that.
