    Hey I bought Night's Costume from Webshop with 500 credits and there's no costume in my inventory..why ? I made something wrong? please help me..my credits dissapeard and my costume is not there...I want it..really.thanks..

    Nothing's wrong, log on the character you bought it on and stay logged on it for couple minutes. A mail icon will pop-up. Had the same problem and someone helped me with this and works.

    Problem: I bought from the web-store but haven't received my items yet
    - Webshop sends out every so often in batches.
    - The items will get sent by Express Mail from 'Black Cloud Traders'
    - Make sure your mail-box is relatively empty
