Hunting drop not working properly after mastery 1800​

Bug Description:

Basically i just hit hunting 1800 mastery and i realized that the drop quantity is wrongly calculated, at 1800 mastery thats 250%+ more drop which is equal to 2.5x the drop a least when it comes to sharp and hards. If we calculate 250/100 =2.5 then times that by the minimum drop of sharps or hards in hunting which is 2 then we get 5 and that should mean minimum sharps droped = 4 max 5 however with porcupine should be from 4-6 when it procs. Right now im only droping the same as when i had 1600 mastery 3-4 so it must be a bug​

How to reproduce/proof:

Try to see the drops at 1600 mastery and then 1800, 1600 should be around 200% more so = ×2
And 1800 250%+ so =2.5​

 

it doesn't work like you said. İf u have % 130 drop rate thirty percent of what they get x3(sharp,hard,head etc.) ,seventy percent of what they get x2.
İf u have %230 drop rate thirty percent of what they get x4(sharp,hard,head etc.) ,seventy percent of what they get x3.
İf u have 2k mastery and %300 drop rate all drop will be x4( if u drop shard,hard,head these will happen x4)
