Website Issue I cannot vote

Hi.
I am trying to vote for days and it says, "Your account has already voted on this computer."
I tried to vote on a different computer and IP, still nothing.
I cleared my cache, still doesn't work.

Any help on how to fix? Thank you.

 

Cache has nothing to do with the voting system.
You are trying to vote from another device which is not the same one you used last time to vote and therefore the error "your account has already voted on this computer" pops up. The only solution is to be online for 10 minutes for our voting system to grab your new device details.

 

I'm voting while asking someone to open it for me for about 30 mins or so, but still doesn't work. So, there must be something that is wrong with the account's registered ip voting.

 

You won't be able to vote as long as the device you are online with is not the device you are using to vote. Simple logic and this is why the system requires you to be online for 10 minutes, to grab your device details.

What you are trying to do is
Player 1 (Online in game): IP 111.111.111 HWID: 222 MAC: 333
Player 2 (Trying to vote): IP 555.555.555 HWID: 666 MAC: 777

There is no way you can do this.

 

I won't be encountering this problem if I, myself haven't done it for a couple or a hundred times. I'm doing it way back 2014. Leaving my account open in an internet shop, voting on the computer at home. Different computers and different IP.

You're aware of the situation recently. No shops open for us to leave our accounts open and vote while at home. I'm clearly doing this so that I can still save credits while I am not around farming for gears (since shit is wiped).

Now. Back to the question. Why I cannot vote? Isn't there any way or method for this to be solved in a way aside from that "tip"?

Okay, here is the thing. I asked a friend to open my account and asked to vote it for me. Same thing happened. My account has already voted on this computer. That's same IP and computer. So, what's the problem?

Nope. I figured it out. But the cooldown is very slow. Took me waiting for a week before voting again.

PS: My friend encountered the same problem and waited for a month to get the account voted.

You have to vote on a same IP and same pc. If you're trying to vote on different situations, that makes the bug. Let your account cooldown (no votes) for nearly a week, if still not solved, try to log-in on a different IP and vote, that should reset your saved IP.
