I Can't Log in to my Account

hi good day i just wanna ask for some help,,
today i open my game launcher and try to play and when it turn into character selection it crashes and close the game application..
i try to reboot my launcher and force check them to utorent and wait until it finish and restart my pc
and the same problem again
i open my Gamezaion folder and remove the items pack and leave the original items pack and still the game crash
but when i try to open my old account to game launcher and it works fine
can you tell me how this happen that when my main account log in it crash and works fine to other account

 

hello there.. what character (name) did u use? maybe the character you open got bug..

 

i guess i was bug,, his name was " Scaeva"
will you check it please
but the thing is i got no chance of opening any off my toons
because it crash after laoding all my character selection

can somebody help me fix this
am still waiting for some game staff to response these tread

ok i try to log in now

i can select characters now but it disconnect when i choose one of my character "Scaeva"

i think i know the problem,, it was bug because i have i item from a quest,, AIMAH Peitan pole arm
can you fix him sir

 

If you are getting disconnected from the server when you try to log in with Scaeva and it works fine with another characters on the same account, you will have to wait for server restart.

 

ohhh it sad so there's nothing i can do but to wait
i have hope that it would be fix soon
is there a chance to transfer some item to other character?
to Scaeva to Endrance some like that

 

Your character is unfortunately hardstuck. In this case, there is no way to transfer items from one character to another. Send me PM if you have any more questions regarding this.
