    Sir can you help me i cannot open the <Sleek Hovercycle Chest> and <Fire Dragon's Weapon Bundle> can you please open it GM ? my server is on Lumiel my char name on that server is Miakare ^_^ THANK YOU ^_^

    As mentioned above, you may send a private message to staff members assigned with Item Exchange. You may also create a new thread and title it "Item Exchange" and post your In-game name, server, and Item Bundle to be opened.

    However, bundles such as these can't be opened, only Single Item Bundles, like your Sleek Hovercycle Chest, can be exchanged. Also, the administrators and other staff members are trying to find solutions to this problem.

    Actually, one thread is already enough about it. Leaving a private message to any of the SAM/HGMs from this list would be the wisest thing to do when it comes to item exchange matters.
