    Got a problem downloading AION

    I got this error when updating my Aion by ncsoft game launcher
    i keep restarting my laucher but doesn't fix.. also i tried reinstalling the launcher many times!



    << Error Message >>
    [Update error] Cannot download file.
    Please restart the launcher. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support at NCSOFT - Game Support.

    The error doesn't popup at the same file, does it? If it does (and I don't think so), go to the folder where that file is at and delete it (Aion\$Patch$\32\Patch\Zip\L10N\ENU\Data\Data.pak) The number can change, it does everytime NCsoft applies an update

    If the error comes with a different file all the time, keep restarting the launcher, this is what most of us do when we get this error

    yah different errors of e02018 i did what you said it works fine i download almost 5GB yesterday.. then today it came back... I'm trying again..BTW thanks!

    I got different errors when installing Aion.
    It says cannot download file.
    But I already have downloaded the launcher for GamezAion
    and I got 2mbps internet connection

    got different errors but it is always E02018
    I'm from the Philippines with PLDT

    please help me!

    Click on "Confirm" and then proceed to restart the NCsoft launcher

    are you sure?! ... just like what you said on my another post... I keep restarting all over again... i will reply again if this will be effective :)

    if you click ''Repair'' it can start from 0 again but is a visual bug.

    He is human? I was thinking that he was a ''bot''.
