    Ladder missing at Epheria centry post.​
    Bug Description:
    This quest is a part of travel with Rulupee.

    To meet the guide at the top of the tower, a ladder is needed inside the post but missing.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Go to Epheria centry post and try to reach the roof of the tower​

    We have one issue, sometime npc not visible if u move to him from some corner. This ladder is pressent in spawn. I post u place where it spawned, u can come ti it again and if not see, reenter game near it. Thanks for report.
