launcher not updating​

Bug Description:

I downloaded the launcher it asked to input the folder I did everything was going fine it reached 100% and now it's stuck it says http://prntscr.com/is3ly9 one of the members of this server said that I should Try disabling my AV I did and re opened the launcher it still didn't help then he suggested that I should go to main Client of BDO update it and then try to come back to Game Z launcher and now when I try to open BDO it says this http://prntscr.com/is3iu5 http://prntscr.com/is3iyt even tho I didn't do anything​
