Solved log in issue...

i cant enter select character ,, but i can log in and its stops at the main screen only.... pls help me ... does my account have a problem , ? cause if i use other account its normal ,, but my main account i cant play ... FELLOW PLAYERS HELP ME T_T

 

do you have only one character in that account? if yes and when you log at the selection character point and then you are not able to log-in with that char (only that one) i think it's stuck "bugged" and you will have to wait a server restart for that...otherwise if you can log with other toons of the same account just try to type ".fix NAME" command...

 

I crashed at login 4 times earlier, just try about 5 times in a row if it doesn' work restart your computer and try again, it should work.

 

What is the character name?

 

I have 8 char on that that account and i really cant log in in any of these char because i cant even enter select character ... its stuck on mainscreen only Y_Y

its already 7 hours since i tried and tried and tried .. yet still the same .. i restart my PC many times and still same ..

i have plenty but the last char i played is TEMP the name is " GREEDE "

 

Greede is hardstuck and you will have to wait until the next server restart. Try log in with the other characters on that account and let me know if it works.

thanks for the info man .. im now able to select my characters, except for my TEMPLAR .. everytime i select it my game crashed ...

 

The templar is hardstuck, that's why.
