Solved Missing boss helmet

    Greetings!
    I got a giath's helmet III after completing the event quest. I checked everything at least three times (every character's inventory, warehouses e t c). I even checked the merchants and item recovery menu. I think that my helmet just disappeared.

    If you deleted it by mistake, there's nothing we can do. The only way to recover a deleted item is through Recycle Bin icon at your inventory.
    Are you sure you didn't sold it to a NPC?

    I checked the recycle bin a couple of times (relogging to all of my characters), also i checked the NPC shop as well. It doesn't look like i deleted it by accident to me


    But of course i cant be sure. I just want to understand what happened, was it a bug or im just stupid

    Well, the item won't disappear and we can't recover items deleted by players mistake. :oops:
    And since you're unsure of it, I'm giving this topic as solved.
