everytime i turn on my pc, there is a BLUE SCREEN appears (but suddenly gone. shows like half a sec, and there is no time to read whats written on it)

then it restarts again and ask for repair.

so everytime i open my pc, i repair it and sometimes doing system restore as suggested by the system.

    but still the problem exist.

i dunno what to do with this. im sick always restarting, repairing my pc everytime i turn it on. >_<

It's what you call a Blue Screen of Death, which causes your windows to stop working. Mostly because of a driver or hardware issue.

If you recently installed something, try system restore.. Update your drivers & set your BIOS back to default settings. (this once fixed it for me; just search on Google how to do it, since I can't explain it)
Also it's recommended to leave enough space on your windows partition for example.
However it might not fix it for you.

Depending on when the BSOD happens. Sounds like a Corrupted OS or a Bad HardDrive or SSD.

Try reinstalling your Operating System (windows).

If you have a second computer, you can take out your Harddrive or SSD from the one that is giving you the BSOD and move it to a different one to test the Harddrive/SSD.

Is this happening on a laptop or desktop?

It also depends to when it happens as to what it is.

    Try the following though:

When you boot your computer, hit F8 a bunch until the optional windows boot menu shows up. When the optional menu is there, hit "Known Last Good Configuration" (Or something thats relatively close). Come back and let us know if it BSOD's after that. Generally on boot up that means that one of your starting drivers is corrupted, either via bad install, manual deletion, or viruses.
