Rejected new witch non-awakening moves

new witch non-awakening moves​

Bug Description:

I just made a witch and can't put points into her moves (specifically teleport 1, magic shield 1, lightning 1, and mana absorption 1) even though I have enough for them. Also before I even tried to put points into them the sound effects and some of the animation for them was partially activating. Please fix thanks!​

How to reproduce/proof:

make a witch and start the beginning quests once you have 6 points try to unlock some of her moves (specifically teleport 1, magic shield 1, lightning 1, and mana absorption 1) and also try pressing the buttons to perform them​
