Okay we can't log in. I found something strange.

    I have found something very strange.

    All of our Ares Fairy, a.k.a Cafe Fairy members, cannot log in with the character that is joined in Ares Fairy.
    IT is not certainly not a item.pak, or any other mod issues.

    If we play the character that is NOT in Ares Fairy legion, it works very fine actually.

    Anyone know why it is causing this problem? :O

    When will the server reboot be happening? :((((

    Hope this is not a legion ban kind of thing lol

    if they can't log into their accounts tell them to check the ban system on the main page

    That's not the problem they can get in the accounts just not the characters in Ares Fairy

    park fill an unstuck request and wait for a server restart don't log into the characters that are stuck until that restart.

    Yea, I looked there also. It's empty. I went through all the motions and possible fixes everyone had in other posts about what's wrong with stuck character. I did an unstuck request and I'm just waiting for a restart whenever they do one. I messaged an AM a little bit ago since it's not a single stuck character, but a legion, and not just one legion.

    I messaged a GM in game and they said that they aren't aware of "legion bans" and just to do the repair client/unstuck request thing. *shrug* That was all they said. They said to also be patient since the Unstuck request can take some time.

    yea.. i was answered with the same solution. I don't think they consider this as a big problem although tens of players are unable to login.

    we have a constantly increasing number of players with 1 or more characters stuck and when they will restart server?

    Usually when it crashes or when there's an update, severe lag or anything like that. They had one this morning. It's just random most of the time.

    TBH Gamez players are quitting daily due to bugs and ADMIN ABUSE (wonder who I'm talking about)
    Carl if you don't fix your shit say goodbye to your server and goodbye to your constant flow of money. You'll have to work for a living like the rest of us in a few years. I have no pity at all.
