Online Time Exchange BUG?

Sir Just now I Online time exchange,, but the kinah does not go into my char,, what happened? pls help

Did you logged off before you do the exchange?

 

I go to character select like I always do. It always work out, but now it doesn't.

 

Are you sure that you sent it to the right character? Have you tried checking all of your toons?

 

Yes all of my other chars dont have any kinah left.. only that char.. its 145 m i have 160 m in my char,, but my kinah still the same.. the OTE told me that it was already sent

Can it be because my char was in Idian Depths when i OTE?

Anyone who can help me about this matter?

i OTE my hrs now and still work....

Thats because you exchanged your online time to level 75 character. When you exchange it to lower level you will get only EXP.

 

oh i didnt know that...
so it means to say only you can get the kinah unless your lvl 75.?
then what will happen if you Exchange it when your lvl is 65-74?
so it means that only EPX.?

 

Obviously you won't get any EXP at 65 until you complete the archdaeva quest. You will get EXP from level 67~74 and kinah only when you hit 75. Not sure if its buggy I guess you should get both kinah and EXP, but it doesn't work this way.

So what will happen to my kinah sir? I play for 36 hours to earn it.

 

It is beyond AM power to tell exactly. If you exchanged to your character and you didn't get kinah nor exp, yes it is bugged.
Contact @Lautaro I'm sure he will be able to help you with this issue.

I just checked the logs and don't see anything wrong. Are you selecting the correct character?

 

yes sir. But that time the character I selected was in Idian Depths.. can you confirm if it has something to do with the problem?

 

my account didnt recieve any kinah at one time exchange,, iv log for whole day and yet no kinah,,,,and the time didnt move it always 0 time
