    I have payed in a donation via SuperRewards, which has been confirmed and removed from my account, though my Gamez BD cash does not reflect this. Can someone please assist?

    After a purchase it may take several mins/hours (up to 48h) to receive your credits...if that doesnt happen then you have to contact SuperRewards.

    When exactly did you donate? Super Rewards is no longer one of the payment methods.
