   Pets Not Acquiring Skills at Level 10​

   Bug Description:
   

   I have T1 pets with no skills at level 10. I have T3 pets with just 1 skill at level 10.​

   This is what Tier 1 through Tier 4 pets look like on Retail. All pets have their basic talent. And then tier 1 and 2 both have 1 skill at level 10. Tier 3 has 2 skills. Tier 4 has 3 skills.
