    Good day!! I this kind of problem which is i'm trying to change my look and i have this item called Plastic Surgery Ticket then suddenly i was in the middle of my finishing my editing my characters new look then suddenly can't change my look cause it says it needs some Plastic Surgery to change my look even if i have already a PS Ticket.. is it bug or what?? i need an answer to my explanation.. Please...
