Disconnected or send log file error?

If your PC has a graphic/ game booster option, I strongly suggest using it. If it crashes frequently, it might be your internet connection problem or your PC can't keep up running the game.

Also, make sure you've fully downloaded the client. Try lowering your graphics as much as you can, it might solve the issue, I hope.
