    Promotion Prerequisite Quest Bug​
    Bug Description:
    I was going through the prereq quests in order to do the promotional quest for lvl 56 at Sarma Outpost and I came across the quest "The Shen Merchants Guild's Resources" in Abun where you have to take a cart to Kesir Baum and turn it in. When you go to turn in the cart, it does not give a quest complete after talking to the NPC. I have tried redoing the quest but I still am not able to complete it.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Go through the questline again at Altinova (you can get the quest from the Black Spirit).​
