Bug Description:

On retail there is a Valencia channel on which the Valencia Castle Gates are open, unfortunately there is no such thing here. Is there by any chance a channel with the same configuration on here and if so which is it?

I have found a workaround though; the first thing you need to do is get a +Jump Height crystal for your shoes and some Jump Height Potions and/or Food Buffs.
The follwing video shows many ways into the Valencia Castle however the time* I copied it at is where you can get a good sense of how to get into the Castle even though the gates are closed
*Timestamped videos are not accepted as media on the forum, so to find what I was talking about you have to fastforward to 6:23 and watch for about a minute to get a good sense of where the player is moving around outside the castle and then you follow it into the castle through the underground entrance.

Just remember that the Kunochi/Ninja is special due to the double jump and various other moves to keep the Class in the air, so when you try it will not be as easy as it shown, unless you make a Kunochi and do exactly the same as the video of course.

The next bit is a bit more difficult though since you need to find a way up on the roof of the lower building (there are two gates in Valencia Castle one outtergate and an innergate), from there you need to keep trying to jump up to flagpole hanging out from the wall, takes time but eventually you will get it like the first jump into the castle, unfortuantely I have quite a while to go before any of my other characters get to that quest so I will not be able to provide you with a video of how I did it but I will add one as soon as I get the chance.

Well I hope this helps a bit, I managed to do it with +35 Jump Height Crystal and soaring wings elixir (https://bddatabase.net/us/item/685/) on a Valkyrie with no other jump buffs, so it should take some time to find the right spot on the wall next to the stairs for the first jump and get the momentum going as well but eventually you will learn how your character jumps.
