Where can i get the Golden Plume? I think it is called Machuntan plume or something.

Do the top geared player in game now is wearing Boundless or Elite Arbiter/principle? I saw the boundless required lv 80+ to wear them but wearable even if lv 75 but only obtain 83% of the stats?

I m playing as Templar/Gladiator with Elite Principle Plate set +17 (breastplate) +15 (The rest), +20 Lethal Elite GS (Templar), +15 Special Elite Spear (Glad), +3 SEA Accessories. Even so i m wearing plate, it's still painful to receive any damage from any character, especially warriors and sin. Every hit deal average 2k+ or 3k. Theres once a 4k dmg from sin ambush ... Is this normal lol. Is it because i do not have +20 armor passive pvp buff skills that made a huge difference or is there something that i am missing out?

Hello!

You can get it by enchanting the ordinary Plumes and purifying it to make a Pure Plume.
The strongest armor now is Boundless of Honor Items, the item can be used by level 75 characters. About the stats, I'm not sure if it really applies in game but the even at 83% it's pretty good.

About your armor, Elite Arbiter/ Elite Principal is also used by most players and it's normal to receive huge damages because of Boundless geared players.
Try to enchant your gear to +20 so you can get the breakthrough skills and to increase your equipment stats.

 

I have wings of cirle stuck on my gunner who is around lv 45, i can't unequip them. Do i have to lvl up 65 and become archdaeva or can a gm solve it ?

 

I think you should try and level up and get the archdaeva quest to be sure.
