    It is either your ping reducer or anti-virus is blocking you from using the launcher.
    You can however also try the following. Go to your Aion folder, right click the folder and select 'Properties'. Make sure to untick 'Read-only' (the box must be empty), and click 'Apply'. Appy it to all subfolders. Run your game as an administrator.

    i tried this and restart com..both still not working lol...i dont hav pingreducer or antivirus
