Sorc awakening quest bug

    I can't complete the quest "Fresh start, tarif". When i try to talk to Allan serbin i get navigation to Ahon like i dont have knowledge on her yet. [​IMG]https://imgur.com/a/rYOB6
    Relog didnt work. retaking the quest didnt work.
    I have tried to steal from Ahon to get the blueprints for a craftable costume. Only thing i can think off that might have caused it.
