stuck item mailbox

    Hi GMs, there is some problem with my mailbox in game, i had some BL items sent from traders and only those which r express mail can be taken..the other 4 that r from regular mail(not expressed) is stuck. Everytime i clicked it, the sendlog msg popped out, what should i do? thankyou
