Stuck while running?

For some reason i have the problem while autopathing on my horse where every minute i will be stuck for about 2-5 minutes. i can not move but everything in the game around me works normally. the only ways to fix this to relog or wait about 5 minutes every time. This is really annoying as it increases my travel time to a place by like an hour.

Is there some sort of fix for it or is it server sided? i have not seen any posts about this problem so it might be just me.

Repair the client. Log out of the launcher and click settings in upper right corner, you'll see a force check option. It checks and repairs files.
