    Updating the account registration so e-mail verification is required would discourage(or at least annoy) impersonators and multi-voters.

    Implementing this would go a long way.

    bad idea until lautaro actually fixes the damn email system :p as quite a lot of people never get the change pass email and such, this would only keep real players away from the server

    you can register as many emals as you want for free, so it's not a solution for multi-voting

    Of course it isn't the permanent solution. However, it makes things more tedious for them since all they have to do now is enter any kind of information and they can log into their account without any hassles. A small safeguard is much better than no safeguard. :)
