I do understand that most people that barter are for different reasons but with the restriction of barter caps and parley, could i request to either keep the amount of sea coins per barter round more constant ( smaller deviant example: hakovan island currently could give between 2 digit sea coins to 700++ depending on luck ) or have special barter pop up more often? Reason being for those aiming for sea coins have no other way to get them other than bartering as compared to other life skills ( cooking/alchemy/training ) that at least there is some form of p2p trade that you could attain the items off other players who don't need them.

If there is concern for players getting to khan's magic from ravina as an end game item, server could adjust the amount of sc needed to get khan's magic to make it less abusable for end game barterers hoping to make silvers off bartering.

I know that I am an old-man, and I sometimes have trouble keeping up with all the slang and abbreviations, but I am mostly familiar with "p2p" as meaning: Pay-To-Play. I suppose that in this instance you are trying to use it as Player-To-Player, since it wouldn't make much sense if it weren't.

Well, it does seem fitting if Player Trades were ever enabled, that ALL things could and should be tradeable, but it just so happens that this game is designed differently, and to allow or implement one type of player trade, I really do not know but I would imagine it to be quite difficult from a coding perspective. Also the game itself insists on keeping players working for their own ends in ALL other aspects of the game, hence there is no Player-To-Player trade, well not really.

If there were to be made some changes to the New Sea-content, then it should at the very least be tested by a whole lot more players, I do not think that it is a big part of the servers populations, that are doing the Sea-content, yet anyway.
