The Dredgion's Clash

GamezNetwork Presents





The time has come again, for Daevas to defend their honor and prove their worth by invading the Balaur ship,
the Dredgion, and defeat their captain named Anusa!

This event calls for all Daevas young and old, Elyos and Asmodians to go up against each other
to see which faction can rise to the task and WIN!
The clash will allow each faction to group up with FOUR (4) team members for the challenge.

Listed below are the rules and guidelines on how to enter and be victorious!
Please read everything carefully. Failure to do so will be your own undoing!





RULES
▐ Pre-made groups are NOT ALLOWED! The first 4 PMs I get will be the participants for each faction.
▐ Each team will consist of 4 players. There are no class restrictions
▐ The ONLY gear restriction for this event is you MUST be wearing Elite Arbiter +0 Armor (manastones allowed!)

Note: You will be asked to leave your Boundless/Prime Armors in your warehouse. Failure to do so will warrant you not ready to participate in this event.
Breaking the rule of gear restriction will DQ you and your entire team!

▐ You are allowed to use any weapon/accessories/helm, as well as food, potion, scrolls. DP is allowed!
▐ All players are expected to play together as a team. Arguing, fighting etc, with your team member(s) is prohibited.
▐ Any disagreements about the event, etc - file your questions/complaints to me in a PM here on forum.
▐ Everyone is allowed to participate, including staff members.
▐ After being teleported if you are not pleased with the team that is present you're allowed to ask to leave. However you are allowed to do that ONLY ONCE and you cannot apply anymore for that day.
▐ Each player is allowed to play ONCE and no more!
▐ Attempting to participate in this event more than ONCE will be punished at the discretion of the host - me.





MECHANICS
▐ In this event everyone is awarded a prize, winners and losers.
▐ This event will be hosted TWICE a day for 7 days. That is a total of 14 rounds ONLY!
▐ To be victorious however, your team must score 8,000 points when the boss dies (Captain Anusa)
▐ To join/participate, an announcement will be made to let players know the event is coming soon. Then a recruitment announcement made to collect players from each faction. The first 4 applicants will be teleported to form the team. You will be allowed 5 minutes to prepare your strategy and talk to your group members.
▐ After the 5 minutes of preparation is over, your team will be ported in and be allowed to buff and get ready. A timer is shown at the top right of your screen.
▐ When the event starts, the door will lower and you can pass it and start defeating monsters and capturing surkanas.
▐ This event is Race vs Race, meaning your enemy will always be the opposite race.
▐ You must defeat monsters and capture surkana's in order to earn points. Mobs are worth 42 points, surkana's are worth between 500 to 1080 points.
▐ Enemy player kills are worth 60 points. If you are killed by a enemy player you lose 52 points.
▐ If you are killed you will re-spawn at the starting point of the map, with full health. However a team member can resurrect you.

▐ The boss, Captain Anusa is worth 1,000 points. This means you only need to gather 7,000 pts or more before defeating him in order to be victorious.
▐ Defeating Anusa ends the event immediately, and a window appears showing FINAL points of both Elyos & Asmodian
▐ If the boss dies and no team has 8,000 points, both teams receive losers prizes.
▐ If one team has 8,000+ points and the other team defeats the boss, the team with the 8,000 points win.
▐ If both teams have 8000+ when the boss dies, whoever gets the kill wins (Whoever has more points).
▐ This event is TIMED! You are allowed 15 minutes to complete the task of getting 8,000+ points! This means when the timer at the top right of your screen displays 25:00, the event will end!

Starting Area



Primary / Backup Armory ( 500 pts )
You want to clear all mobs here for extra 300+ points. Each mob is worth 42 points!




Engine Room / Auxiliary Power ( 1,080 pts )
You want to clear all mobs here for extra 300+ points. Each mob is worth 42 points!





Ready Room Entrance
&
Ready Room 1 / Ready Room 2 ( 800 pts )

Important rooms. PVP can take place here because you can walk through the room over to the opposite Ready Room. Be cautious when doing this, as the other team will be rushing to capture this surkana and will do anything to protect/capture it!





Weapons Deck / Lower Weapons Deck ( 600 pts)
You want to clear all mobs here for extra 300+ points. Each mob is worth 42 points!






The Brig / Secondary Brig ( 500 pts)
You want to clear all mobs here for extra 300+ points. Each mob is worth 42 points!



PVP CLASH AREA
This is where you'll most likely run into the opposing race to fight to get to The Bridge & Captain's Cabin






The Bridge ( 700 pts )
Being worth 700 points makes this surkana very important. This is the surkana that follows directly after running into the opposing faction team and what you are fighting to get. You want to draw the PVP to this surkana so you can capture it while defending your team!





The Captain's Cabin ( 700 pts )
Essentially, you want to capture this surkana as fast as you did the bridge surkana. It is also worth 700 points and you must capture before defeating Captain Anusa!
You want to clear all mobs here for extra 300+ points which could tip the scales in your favor.







THE CAPTAIN ANUSA ( 1,000 PTS )

Defeating Captain Anusa is the only way to finish/win this event. When he dies, the event comes to an end, and the points/score for each faction displayed in a window that will pop-up.
You cannot attack any more after he dies!

Gravity Control Room ( 900 pts )
A room with decent amount of points, and can be used to make up for points lost in PVP in Ready Rooms. However if your team captures their Ready Room as well as the Gravity Control Room the other team will be at a great disadvantage!




Barracks ( 0 pts )
This room is only necessary to pass through if you want to get back to the PVP Clash, Bridge or Captains Cabin quickly. It has mobs in it that will aggro, kill them if you want a quick 300 + points!

PRIZES
NOTE

Winners/Losers will choose from a list of 10 prizes. However these 10 prizes are hidden behind numbers. Players will not know what number is what prize. You will have to use your luck and pick a number, and after all 4 players on a team have picked their numbers, they will be told what they won. No two members are allowed to pick the same number!
