    The Scary Owl quest bug​
    Bug Description:
    During the questline "Beginning of a Journey" during the quest "The Scary Owl", the mob called "Masked Owl Archer" doesnt seem to appear on the mini-map as a highlighted mob. The ID for this mob is ID: 20350. The mob seemed to have spawned but just didnt show as a highlighted quest mob on the mini-map. I dont have a clip for this bug as I had finished the quest after noticing it.​

    This mob is not highlighted yellow on the mini-map during the quest "The Scary Owl" in the "Beginning of a Journey" questline.    ​

    Sometimes this happens when you have had another quest recently active, that highlighted other monsters.
    It just takes some time for the Questlog to refresh and highlight the right ones, what you can do is leave the area and then return, which usually fixes the refresh.

    Hopefully this helps you out, also it is not limited to the Scary Owls quest.
