Because of this problem, I haven't been able to play the game for several days.

 

Usually it happens when you don't have Visual C++ installed. Open launcher settings, click on "Install Visual C++" and wait for the installation to complete.
If it doesn't help, try the additional solutions below:

• Set exceptions for Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus, firewall and windows defender.
• Create a copy of official BDO folder, rename the folder to GamezBDO and point gamezbd launcher to that. Rename version.dat to config.filecheck - it forces complete file check for corruption and requires the files that are corrupted.
