Trouble loading game

Every time I start the game it loads up 100% then the game crashes. I've added it as a exemption to my firewall but i t wont do anything

 

Due to the forum section not sure if this is Aion or Black Desert, but assuming Aion. Are you talking about the Gamez Launcher? Or the game itself. If about the launcher, it is generally the GamezAION folder being set to read-only.

 

Sorry! Yes I meant Aion. How do i change it?

 

Make sure the box is empty, then click apply. If that doesn't help, post the screenshot of your error. If the error has a details button, expand it too.

 

Its still doing it with the read only thing off.

 

Which is why I asked whether it is the game doing it or the launcher. The fix was for the launcher, but this is an issue with your game

Few questions:
1. Did you modify any files
2. Did you download the client through the Gamez torrent
3. Does the game start with this launcher:

Save the .bat file inside your Aion folder and run it. If the game loads with it, the problem is with the launcher. If it doesn't, the problem is with the client.

These will narrow it down.

 

I didnt modify any files. I did download through through the torrent. I got the launcher straight from the site. I'll try to do the thing with the file and let you know how that went. Thank you for your help.

 

It crashed again. So if the problem is with the client is there anything i can do to fix it?

 

This error is generic and suggests a file corruption. It could mean that some files did not download correctly when you were downloading the client. You should load the torrent again. The first thing it will do us check all the files on your disk and if any are corrupted, it will re-download them. If it starts downloading after the check, it is a confirmation that some files weren't downloaded correctly.
