Unable to re-accept quest - Wailing Cave​

Bug Description:

Hey,

I have encountered a problem with the Wailing Cave quest of the drieghan main story.

I forfeited the quest because i wasn't able to join any party showing an alert that i was summoning a monster, now when i try to re-accept the quest through the npc it guides me to (The Black Spirit) it doesn't appear, i also tried talking to the injured hunter and the npc before the wailing cave quest with no result.

Option to see all quests is also checked so that isn't the issue.

How to reproduce/proof:

1. Forfeit the wailing cave quest.
2. Quest is no where to be found anymore.

I somehow missed the item to help the injured hunter with [ointment applied bundle of bandages] so that probably caused the issue ​
