Unable to see other players' weapons​

Bug Description:

Wepons become invisible on other players who have them sheathed. They do show correctly if they have them drawn, regardless of class or skin they are wearing.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Move to any area that has a crowd of people, marketplace, storage, etc.
Observe other players.

Expected result:
- Weapons belonging to other players are visible regardless of wether they have them drawn or sheathed.

Actual result:
- Players who have their weapons sheathed, will not display any weapons on their backs, hands, etc. depending on class. Players who have them drawn will show weapons correctly. (Own player is not affected)

As you can see, my character (Lahn with white dress) has her weapons on her back, visible without issues. On other players, weapons are invisible, unless they have them drawn, like for example the other Lahn or Berserker that can be seen in the picture.

Clearing cache and doing a force-check has already been tried, but it didn't help.

Update: Also did a full client re-install now, the issue is still there.​

As you can see, players with drawn weapons have no issue.

Players with sheathed weapons on the other hand, their weapons become invisible. You can even see a couple wizards holding invisible staffs, one of which you can see became visible again once he has drawn it in the last screenshot.
