visual glitch

    visual glitch​
    Bug Description:
    Good evening I just wanted to tell you something about a glitch or maybe an visual bug When I try to wear When I try to wear [Warrior Goyen] named outfit other people are able to see my cloak which is attached to the outfit But when i draw my weapon and put it back to the holster its showing up my shield and sword instead of showing cloak other people can see my cloak but i can't when i tried this thing with other outfits, i was able to see my cloak but not with this outfit​

    Tested how it must work on retail:
    1. This costume have cloak only on War mode.
    2. Players around always see cloak if you in war mode.
    3. For self u can disable display cloak in war mode by toggle Cape Settings like on my screenshot.
    4. If you not in war mode - not you not others will not see cloak.
    Its work as intended.
