    There is nothing more needless than creating a thread of an issue which you have already contacted a Staff member about and an issue which I have already explained to you why it is happening to you. Especially when you come across a voting issue like this one, it is always better to be more specific about it and not just say 'I am the only one playing' while sidenote you have a brother who used to vote from an internet shop. Your IP is stuck for that reason.
