    ok i bought the item via vote reward shop but i didnt recieved it. what can i do in this situation cause im bit annoyed because of donated money... i checked it 3 times b4 buying i had free slots on inventory checked all characters and everything and there is no item...

    can u post some screenshots of your proof like image of you purchase history, and also your warehouses and inventories.

    item has already appeared. probably there was lag or something. thx for help topic can be closed :) btw while purchasing announce it may take some time that will prevent heart attack for some ppl :)
