Wagons exploding (for lack of a better word) in town​

Bug Description:

The title says it. Wagons suddenly just get wrecked all at the same time. I don't have video of it happening because this thing is hard to record since you never know when it may happen. But it has been happening often and the times I saw it actually happen, I wasn't recording. I hope the images will suffice.
And just to be clear, This character is lvl 49 (can't be PKed) and also in town which is a safe zone.

This one just happened. As you can see, the player near me also had his/her wagon.


The shot below shows four wagons getting destroyed.


I turned around and saw another wagon that bit the dust to the north.
