    i bought a couple of item from the webshop and i havent recieved it yet, is there some kind of traffic in delivering items from webshop?

    ************DISREGARD THIS PLEASE************
    it appears that the delivering method is in another icon, sorry to bother u guys

    Are you logged in on the character you bought it on?
    Check your purchase history on the webshop to see which character you purchased it on just to make sure, then stay online on that character and it will be mailed to you. It may take a few minutes.
