    That number indicates which of two crafting recipes you can use to craft the item.

    The number one craft uses all the materials available in game since NCSoft updated the crafting materials, that is, normal level items only.

    The number two craft uses the materials previously availlable, i.e the green, blue and gold level materials that now have the [static] tag.
