    I just checked and I see all of it. I would say try getting on a proxy to see if it is your country IP that does not support these. I had a similar issue with retail giveaways saying no offers when I lived in the UAE while my friend elsewhere saw them just fine.

    Make a new account with some login you don't mind giving away. Log into it to see if the rewards are there, then let someone in a different country log into it to see if they see it. Gamez might just have proxy detection because of proxy voters, it could still be based on your country.

    About changing email address, you will have to contact Alente about that. And about donation, looks like you are in a wrong place? That section is for offers which doesn't work for all countries, It doesn't work for me either. I never had problems with donation when I tried with super rewards, looks like you are doing something wrong or it's super rewards's problem.

    why i can't connected to the serve?

    why I can't log in the server?,when i'm trying to log in the game say that: "you have been disconnected from the server". plzz help :crying:

    but why gamezaion launcher and ncsoft launcher is driffrent?
    cuz when i try to log in in gamezaion launcher it recuired a driffrent pass and account?

    I have a new account now and I login into website and donate superrewards, there is the items, but when I back to my main acccount, there is no items to display in superewards :unsure:

    Idk, but Im sure its my account or superrewards bugs xD
