Moderator's Inappropriate Behaviour

Since I'm still a registered member of the forums, I'm sure I have the right to provide my feedback to this forums. People who know me, know I'm not childish enough to throw offensive inflammatory words everywhere. I like to deal with problems in a civilized manner, or not deal with them at all. However I can't help but notice the behaviour of the remaining moderators against some users on this forums is simply inappropriate and down right disgusting.

I'm sure everyone who visits the forums is fully aware of the drama between the now-ex-staff members and the current-staff. While some rude remarks have been thrown back and forth, whether out of frustration, anger or just hatred, it doesn't justify how things is getting handled. The whole situation is beyond stupid power abuse. Jokes on they're the "good" guys.

Here's some examples incase some people is blind and doesn't notice behind the scenes:

• Using the forum discouragement system against some other users who are just replying their opinions? Everyone have been entitled to the opinion against things for long as I've been on this forums.
  
• Handing out 2000 infraction points against someone who made a comment about Carl/Lautaro? Boohoo, someone disrespects the Admins, like that haven't before.
  
• Discourage (indirect ban) against someone who joked about the whole situation, jokes ain't allowed anymore?
• Unjust IP bans on some particular users, treated as if they're spambots.

Remember the time when drama were actually handled properly. There was constantly drama/rants every few weeks, posts get deleted, appropriate infraction points got handed out. Then again, maybe i expect too much from them and they only know how to cowardly issue warning points. Why do I even expect people know how to think of a decent counter argument.

Finally, ASK for someone's permission first before using an individual's creative works. This includes reposting their images on Facebook, reposting guides which was written by someone else as your own, reposting modified files (e.g. the scripts) are all considered copyright infringement. If you treat this as a business, run it like one.

tl;dr? If you got bones to pick. You go aim it at us, the ex-staff members, I don't care you go banning my account. Keep others out of our battle, it shouldn't matter if they choose to defend us.

Discouragement / Forum Bans / IP bans won't hide the truth, it's already out there. This is a futile and lame attempt to cover up something as big as a huge ass elephant under the rag. Good luck with that.

But then again, you guys should stop all the Drama. Before we all even started Gamez, we all know this Community is owned by Carl/Alente. They are our GODS, when we stepped into their realm. We knew from the start that this is a private server. Carl/Alente, wants it their way. To each his own.

I'd like to correct you tho. its not THEIR community, they do not own us, they own the servers which we do play on. thats about it. The community is literally US, means the players and the people using their "realm" to communicate with each other.

Ok, that is my opinion. No pun intended on everyone as I share the same feelings that you do, believe it or not. But all must stop being dramatic and face that this is just a game WITH POLITICS.
Yeah, no one owns the community. THEY JUST OWN THE SERVER.

Again, I apologize for the wrong use of COMMUNITY in my sentences. They do not own the community, THEY OWN THE SERVER. You may have all the right to rant or whatever, but in the end, none of this will matter to them. So relax.

I would also like to point out, I am not making drama. This section is for feedback on staff misbehaviour, I am directing it towards that. I am merely telling them if they have shots to be fired, aim them at the right people, not bystanders. Sometimes I wonder if Carl/Lautaro even consult their dear friend Alente on the decisions.

• *Personal attacks and flaming are prohibited. This specifically means any text/post that is blatantly attacking another person on or off the site, especially in a personal way.
• *Continual disregard for forum rules will lead to your posting privileges being removed or your account banned.
• *Multiple forum accounts it's extremely forbidden, the staff will take instant action without a warning in this case.

Any use of inappropriate content will not be tolerated. This includes drama threads and attempts to cause drama. Any content that includes inappropriate content will be deleted. If deemed necessary by GamezNetwork staff the user in offense may be suspended or permanently banned.

• *Use of inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
