Solved please help me. . .

good day, i need help when i finishedthe update to 4.8 and launch the gamezaion launcher updated, at first try i was able to log in and play the game, there was no problem then while in game i tp'd to cygnea to test if its working well so it worked i was in cygnea then i tp'd to inggision then it got stuck so i close the game. . . on the 2nd try logging in there the problems started. . .i was able to log in, but only up to character select but then when i click "start" it just wont continue always GAMECLIENT error. .

as you can see sir i can log in but only in caharacter select if i press start it will always crash GAMECLIENT ERROR.
i already finished updating ncsoft 9/9 and when the problem occured i tried the FILE REPAIR of ncsoft and same result.
launcher also succesfully updated. .

please sir help me to solve this problem my friends here also plays gamez aion and they are waiting for me to successfully update 4.8 for them to copy the game from me. . . thanks

okay found the solution and im able to log in to the game successfully. . . my character was stuck so i tried the ".fix name". . . but now everytime i try to teleport to inggision i always got stuck and again i have to log in to my other character to type ".fix name" is inggision bug? cause everytie i tp there my char always gets stuck.
