Some questions - comeback

Hello, it's been some time since I played Gamez and I decided to do a small comeback.
Here are some questions that will help me find out whats going on here now
-So, is gameplay on this server still depended on how your wallet big is?
-What is "end-game" set for now?
-Do asmo still dominates over elyos?
-Which race is more worth to play?
-I see there was server merge made, so where is Siel server located now?
-Do Filipinos still make up a majority of the server community?
-Is TS3 more common now in legions, or everybody is still using skype?
Last time I played here like in early 4.8

 

1 - No, you can get BL/Prime/Provenance items even when you start from the scratch, just keep on voting. One weapon of Boundless/Prime/Provenance +20 and a +20 gear of Suzerein/Arbiter/Proctor/Principal might help you to get strong, it still depends on your skills, with a +10 Accessories.
2 - Boundless or Prime or Provenance
3 - No, probably.
4 - The race you prefer.
5 - What do you mean by this question?
6 - Yeah, probably.
7 - Nope.

 

I mean where are the servers located, recently Siel was located in Texas I don't know how about now
